Welcome to Woodcrest Christian!
Welcome to Woodcrest Christian High School-Home of the Royals! We are excited about what the Lord is doing here at WCHS and are eager to share that with you. As we start our 38th year, we continue to build upon the foundation that the Lord established offering a biblically based, college preparatory education. Our mission statement, Glorify God by Pursuing Excellence in Christ-centered Academics, provides the goal every facet of our school program strives to achieve. From athletics to academics, extracurricular activities to spiritual growth, our focus is on honoring the Lord.
The 2011-2012 school year promises to be filled with excitement and opportunities and we hope you will take advantage of all of them. We encourage parents to stay involved in their child’s education through our Parent Academic Support System (PASS) and Royal Notes. We would also love to see you at our athletic events as you cheer on the Royals as we participate in the Ambassador League. Students should take advantage of the clubs, sports teams, choir, drama, or missions trips here at WCHS. There really is something for everyone.
Finally, let me ask you to keep us in prayer throughout the year. We strongly believe that this is the Lord’s school and it is only through His strength, not ours, that we provide an educational program that honors Jesus Christ.
